Privacy & Safety

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Protecting your privacy and ensuring your safety are fundamental to my values at Rose Petal Well Being. I am dedicated to safeguarding your personal information and maintaining the highest standards of data security.

 

DEPOSITS & BOOKINGS

 

I request that a 50% deposit is paid to confirm your booking. Without a deposit your booking will not be confirmed and may be cancelled without notice.

 

Bookings can be rescheduled and the deposit moved if done so up to 48 hours before your appointment.

 

CANCELLATIONS/LATENESS/NO SHOWS

 

If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment, the deposit paid will be kept as a late cancellation fee.

 

If you do not show for your appointment the deposit will also be kept.

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late the appointment may not be able to go ahead, and the deposit will be kept. This is to ensure I can keep timings and other bookings without causing inconvenience to other clients & myself.
