Please note:
Healing and medicine are two separate disciplines which can complement each other. Reiki is the art of natural healing through channelling energy, not the practice of medicine. Reiki is intended to be a supplement to, and not a substitute for, professional medical care and treatment. In the case of any serious medical ailment or condition, you should always consult your medical practitioner or GP for advice. The same principle also applies to Crystal Therapy.

My purpose is to enable you to reconnect to yourself, provide a safe space to be calm and rested, and enjoy the flow of Reiki. Any questions please don't hesitate to contact me and we can discuss further.

Treatments generally last for an hour, maybe just over on the first meeting where we will talk confidentially, and I will make some notes, about your overall wellbeing, feelings, and what you hope to gain from the treatments. It may take a course of treatment over several weeks or months, depending on how you feel. You can also come back at a later stage if you feel you need further Reiki or alternative therapies.

REIKI
Reiki works with the energetic, physical and emotional aspects of individuals to address imbalances at all levels. The reasons you may wish to experience a Reiki session is for general balancing, clearing emotional blocks, physical pain, increasing clarity and issues with life.
CRYSTAL THERAPY
Crystal therapy uses a variety of crystals placed on, or around the body. They can be used to unblock chakras and used in Angel therapy. Crystals work by using energy and vibrations on our bodies, minds and soul.
ANGEL THERAPY
Angel therapy is a beautiful therapy where Archangels and Angels are called upon to bring transformation, healing and whatever they feel the body, mind and soul need. This therapy uses crystals and essence sprays to enable total meditation & connection.

£30 for Angel Therapy
Therapies are for one hour sessions, and more than one session may be needed. I will kindly request that a £15 deposit will be paid in advance, and the rest payable on the day. If you are unable to make the appointment please contact me as soon as possible on 07462 651098 so we can reschedule.
